As most of you know, I have had a few very bad months, the last 3 of which have included a hugely swollen right leg which I have been unable to put on the floor. My wonderful consultant adjusted my drugs and upped some of them 2 weeks ago and guess what - I CAN STAND THIS MORNING FOR THE FIRST TIME in yonks! Isn't it incredible how such small things delight us so much!! xxx

Small things Jean are just great, just don't over do it now, the white water rafting will have to a wait. I thought you'd find a way to carry on pole dancing, can't disappoint your public!

Hello Jean, I Love to here good news and even better when it's yours. It is funny how these small things meaan such a lot to us, I just love your sense of humour. I was just trying to imagine what pole dacing looks like with your chair, so funny. I hope your improvement continues. Glenys. x

Hi Jean,

I can't begin to imagine how it must be when the RA hits you so bad for days on end that even little things are such a struggle, thankfully I have it mild compared to many of you, only affects me for the odd day or so at the moment (fingers crossed)

So pleased that you are up and about.

Take care x
